Terms of Service

1. About NE HQ

NE HQ (“the Platform,” “we,” “us”) is an internal operations platform owned and operated by NE Studios LLC, a video production company based in Kennesaw, Georgia. The Platform is used to coordinate bookings, schedules, and compensation for production crew working on NE Studios projects.

2. Who can use the Platform

NE HQ accounts are created by invitation only. Accounts fall into three roles:

• Admin — NE Studios staff managing productions and bookings
• Contractor — crew members booked on NE Studios projects (photographers, videographers, audio engineers, etc.)
• Social Media — approved content managers for NE Studios channels

By accepting an invite and completing onboarding, you agree to these Terms.

3. Your account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, payment, and professional information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
• Update your availability and contact info when it changes

4. Bookings

Booking requests sent through NE HQ (soft holds and confirmed bookings) represent NE Studios' intent to book you for specific dates, roles, and rates. Accepting a booking confirms your availability for those dates.

Rate, scope, and deliverables are governed by the individual booking details and, where applicable, separate written agreements. These Terms do not override those project-specific agreements.

5. SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications through NE HQ, the following applies:

• Standard messaging rates apply as set by your mobile carrier. NE Studios does not charge for SMS but is not responsible for carrier fees or data charges.
• Message frequency varies based on active bookings. A typical active week is 1–5 messages; if you're not booked, you may receive none.
• Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out immediately. You can also toggle SMS off in Settings → Notifications.
• Reply HELP to any SMS message for support.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, availability, or qualifications
• Share internal NE HQ data (booking rates, production details, client info) publicly or with competitors
• Attempt to access areas of the Platform not intended for your role
• Use the Platform to harass, spam, or harm others

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

7. Data & privacy

Your use of NE HQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

8. Limitation of liability

NE HQ is provided as-is. NE Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. This section does not limit liability for anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
